Abstracts are due August 15th

Please download and use the standard abstract template in Microsoft Word. The abstract should be no longer than two pages including figures.

TEXMEMS IX Abstract Style Document

Themes of interest to the workshop include, but are not limited to:

  • Design, Analysis, and Theoretical Concepts on MEMS and related technologies
  • Development of New Materials, Fabrication and Packaging Technologies
  • Micro Sensors (Mechanical, Physical, Chemical, Biomedical, etc.)
  • Micro Actuators (electrostatic, thermal, acoustic, piezoelectric, magnetic, phase transition based, etc.)
  • Micro-Optical Devices and Systems
  • RF MEMS Devices and Systems
  • Nanoelectromechanical Devices and Systems
  • Power MEMS & Energy Harvesting

All submitted abstracts will be collected and published in the TEXMEMS IX proceedings to be handed out the day of the conference.
