TEXMEMS IX Abstract Style Document
Themes of interest to the workshop include, but are not limited to:
- Design, Analysis, and Theoretical Concepts on MEMS and related technologies
- Development of New Materials, Fabrication and Packaging Technologies
- Micro Sensors (Mechanical, Physical, Chemical, Biomedical, etc.)
- Micro Actuators (electrostatic, thermal, acoustic, piezoelectric, magnetic, phase transition based, etc.)
- Micro-Optical Devices and Systems
- RF MEMS Devices and Systems
- Nanoelectromechanical Devices and Systems
- Power MEMS & Energy Harvesting
All submitted abstracts will be collected and published in the TEXMEMS IX proceedings to be handed out the day of the conference.
